The Old Balloon Seller was made from 1928 to 1998 and is a stunning and colourful figurine. She has a handful of colourful balloons ready to go and a basket of flowers next to her to make more money. Street vendors were common in the Victorian era ,Designer Leslie Harradine .This model is probably from the 1970s it is still a lovely display piece 7 1/2inch tall 6 inch wide 4 inch deep
