This is an antique medal from 1911 1912 which is called the King’s Medal, awarded by LCC/ London County Council ‘for attendance, conduct and industry during the year’. That text is shown to one side of the medal with the portrait of King George V shown to the reverse. There is a bar reading ‘LCC’ and an interim bar for the school year 1911-1912.
