Circa 1900 Art nouveau pewter juventa prima metal dish with beautiful ladys head her hair flowing into the lines of the dish. There is 3 sets of 3 flowers on the edge of the dish these have stems that flow in to the design of the dish. Marked Juventas prima metal. There is a small section of coating that has come away but this is still a very attractive art nouveau dish standing on 3 small bun feet. measuring 7 inch across. In 1889 Hans Peter became the head of the handicraft department at WMF, then he had his own factory.The pewterware that was marked “Juventa prima metal” was probably only produced from 1902 until 1908.
