Description
A rare Susie Cooper pottery jug and bowl art deco circa 1930s. Lots of jugs on the internet but cant find any with the bowl. The jug has the leaping ram design incensed on both sides. It has no markings to the base stands 8 1/2 inch tall brown ring mark on base but not through to the inside. The bowl i quite plain and has ring pattern mark and upside down v marks to the rim this is marked underneath withe Susi coppers name. The inside of the bowl has light staining through use it is 10 inch wide 4 inch tall.This set is in good condition for its age with no chips or cracks
